Provides coverage to the entire family and is available to families whose income is at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Guideline. When family income exceeds the 100% standard, the family may be eligible for an additional 6 to 12 months of transitional coverage. Families receiving OWF are automatically eligible for Healthy Families.
