Child Care Program Parents - Application Process
Applications for the child care program are available below or at Huron County Department of Job and Family Services. There is information and other forms required to complete the application process. Upon approval, eligibility begins with the date the application was received in the agency. These are date stamped when they are received. Your signature must be in ink and original. Do not type in your signature and do not send in a photo copy.
