News & AnnouncementsPRESS RELEASE - BUDGET DELAYS FOR OHIO CAUSE SLIGHT DISRUPTION IN BENEFIT AVAILIABILITY!
Due to the delay in approving Ohio’s budget, there was no authority for The Ohio Department of Job & Family Services to issue recipient benefit payments. With the one-week interim budget plan in place benefits have now been authorized for payment. If your benefits are normally direct deposited into your bank account or loaded on your EPPICard on July 1st, these funds will not be available until July 2nd. Also, if you have a new case that was authorized from June 23rd – June 30th your benefits will not be available until July 7th. Should you have additional questions or concerns you may call our office at 419-668-8126 or the cash hotline number at 866-244-0071.
